Hey guys, need some help.
About 5 years ago, maybe less, I saw a video on YouTube where different things turn pixelated/8-bit and it continues until the whole world is a single cube.
Does anyone know this video? Would appreciate help.

I watched the first couple of episodes on Netflix. It seems pretty interesting. What am I missing? Should I keep watching it? Does it turn to shit later like Family Guy, or 30 Rock?

Is anyone familiar with this James Corden cunt? How will he fare in front of an American audience? 5 nights a week nevertheless
User avatar #24892 to #24887 - superstephtime (09/09/2014) [-]
Ah now James Corden he has a very english sense of humor Michael and James Corden play Send to All - The Michael McIntyre Chat Show: Episode 6 - BBC One he is quite funny.

That host looks like Gilbert Godfried when he laughs...Im interested to hear James's monologues and how he fares with the american actresses and actors hes going to interview. Hopefully his personality will be a refreshment from Craig Ferguson's stale act.

Does anyone else find Schindler's List overrated? I even heard people going so far as to call it a masterpiece. Sure, I had a few good laughs myself, I can't deny it, but it wasn't that hilarious.

Watching The Two Towers extended edition. Faramir has a flashback to Osgiliath, with Borormir and shit, and their father, the steward cunt in the third one, shows up.

Holy shit, this right here really sells how much of a cunt the steward is, Jesus asshole.

BoJack Horseman is a pretty good show. I think the second half of Season 1 is better than the first, and Episode 11 in particular is really great.
User avatar #24881 to #24879 - maddboiy (09/08/2014) [-]
yeah it starts a bit slow and predictable but it really picks up as it goes along. Also the opening theme is amazing.

Who thought Batman's voice in the Dark Knight was a bit much?
I mean they're not particularly bad movies, especially compared to the other ones.

But it's really hard to take anything in it seriously when the main protagonist sounds like a pile of gravel with throat cancer.

I had to turn on subtitles cos I couldn't decipher his cryptic rockspeak.
User avatar #24882 to #24878 - eight (09/08/2014) [-]
Always that the voice was absurd. However, it makes sense that Bruce Wayne would change his voice, I always hated when older batmans had the same voice whether it was in costume or as billionaire playboy. It would be too obvious.

The rasp does make him sound menacing and it does disguise his voice, but it can be annoying for sure. Of all possible voices, why that one?

In the next movie they should give him the same device that arrow uses whenever he talks to someone. Because even though Affleck has the looks and body for it, his voice is too soft

He should probably scream a little less.

I just got out of the theatre and saw As Above, So Below, and it was actually decent. I'm not one for found footage movies, but this movie was fucking awesome. I almost shat myself once and the rest I was on the edge of my seat. When I watched it, since the perspective is from head mounted cameras (literally on the headlamps) I actually felt like I was running through the catacombs being chased by god knows what. Plus, at one point the main character is sprinting through a tunnel and sucker punches a corpse in the face which is fucking hilarious.

why does top gear play music from popular movies as background music. off the top of my head i remember hearing music from harry potter, batman (dark knight trilogy), the lord of the rings, and pirates of the Caribbean. i find it quite odd.

just watched god is dead

as a christian you should be insulted at the fact that the only way they could win the argument is to make a total dick the atheist all the wile they dont give him any real valid viewpoints and a lead who brings proof that anyone can really debunk

as a atheist you should be insulted at the fact that they demonized you to the point where you are some evil scummish teacher who has no real viewpoints other then (there is no god dur dur dur)

as a viewer you should be angry that they insulted your intelligence by giving you this total one sided debate movie that spoon feeds you the answers you want to hear all the wile demonizing a group of people based on there religious beliefs (in this case that there is no god) in order to win a half assed argument
then they throw in a woman atheist with cancer to show that in times of need even atheists will turn to god

the movie is a load of crap and a waste of both christian and atheists time and money 0/10 would not watch again

I just read the plot summary. Despite being agnostic myself, I'm offended that the atheists and people of religion besides Christianity were portrayed as horrible and cruel individuals, while only the Christians had any positive character traits. I'm not saying that all Christians should be blamed, but this movie seemed to be a very strong hate message toward other beliefs.

Also, I'm not aware of the rules for college faculty, but would he actually be allowed to force his beliefs onto his class, and threaten to fail them for not complying? Even if I were atheist and agreed with the statement "God is dead", I would definitely not tolerate one man abusing his power to push his own belief onto those beneath him. Isn't that something that atheists themselves had to fight against before?

At a lot of universities, if a professor is tenured, there is next to nothing that can get him/her fired from the university. He would have to be involved in some kind of criminal activity or be voted out by other faculty.
