When you flip the plate the water moves to the other side of the cup. It'll move towards the plate basically

Wouldn't the water move to whatever the top of the container was?

Is Australia the only country with waterproof cash?
I know american cash.(well at least Hawaiian cash (I dont know if there the same( they probably are )) gets ruined if you go swimming with it.

New Canadian bills are made from plastic, but up until recently, I think all bills were paper

I think spanish countries do too.
When I went to Mexico the peso bills (or whatever they're called idunno, the paper money) weren't really made of paper. Wouldn't soak up water like american bills do, just slides off.

American money dries pretty easily, also why would money be different in Hawaii? Its an american state, and has American Money.
