In reality, Johnny Manziel is acting like an average 22 year old. Partying and drinking? What a shock!

Besides his ex-girlfriend accusing him of being crazy (which very well might be just a cash grab) he really hasn't done a whole lot that your average super rich 20 something wouldn't do.

Plus, the kid got drafted by the fucking browns. Cut him some slack.

On one hand, holy shit he may not live to be 24, for reals.
On another hand, ESPN has gone total TMZ on him, everything he does he's on the news, they're stalking him for crying out loud. Jesus christ ESPN leave him alone!
On another hand hand, Manziel brought this on himself.

Why is Peyton still talking about his retirement like he's not sure yet?

He's in the middle of the worst stretch of his career, and there is absolutely no going back. He's become so bad that he looks like he's trying to throw a 50-yard bomb when it's actually for only five yards. I honestly believe that I could throw faster on a more consistent basis than him.
He had what, 9 TDS and SEVENTEEN interceptions despite missing half the season? I don't think the NFL has ever seen a defense carry a QB so much. Any other person in the league would've been benched permenantly by mid season.

What he needs to do is pull a Ray Lewis. Announce his retirement after the big game ASAP and use it as motivation on Sunday. If he is genuinely thinking about staying then the only person he's fooling is himself.

The Tampa Bay Lightning are now in second place in the Atlantic Division. In other news, yesterday every team in the NHL collectively crapped their pants.

Not sure if right board but,
Can anyone tell me how to fix a warped bike tire?

My bike (a simple 1-gear) has its back tire warped slightly, still able to be ridden and still better than walking, but it's drastically harder to ride.
it's because the tire now rubs against the back frame with each rotation.

Is it possible to fix without replacing?
the only thing close is walmart and i dont think they sell tire frames, plus my only mode of transport is, you guessed it, my bike

I hate how the media keeps talking about Peyton going to LA. To me, Peyton is a man of his word. No one is talking about when Peyton said he never wants to be in the NFC cause he doesn't want to play against his little bro in the playoffs. People are so thirsty for news sometimes.

I just forgot that the only reason the Browns got Manziel was that trade for Trent Richardson with the Colts... Jesus Christ, we may joke about the Eagle's Rams trade but god damn that may go down as the worst trade ever in NFL history...

You know what makes it possibly the worst trade ever? It was shit for all parties involved. The Colts gave up a first round for shit and the Browns wasted 2 picks for huge busts.

I fell 0-10 to this dude, but I came back and beat him 32-23. I would have been undefeated tonight if I hadn't messed aroused for so long in the first one. I think I got my groove back.

I started playing around at the end and let the guy catch up. I got cheated on a 4th down conversion that cost me the game. I clearly crossed the line, but I didn't get it somehow. I'm not mad since I was punting on first down and stuff like that, but it is frustrating that I didn't get the first down when I needed it.

Okay, I don't know if this was a "lucky" break for this guy, but he he was down by 10 with 40ish seconds to go, ad he kicked a field goal on first down. I expected an onside kick, but he squinted it and got it. Luckily for me, he threw four straight incompletions, but it was still a nice trick.

Looking at the standings in the NHL, and I"m shocked! Panthers are leading the Atlantic division! Yet they're still in the bottom 5 in attendance... Ironically it's a step up from last season given they were dead last in attendance last year. Average home attendance last season was just 11k, this year, 14k, so 3k more people are in to Florida hockey, I guess they realized that LeBron ain't comin back! HA!

Doesn't matter how well they do, Floridians don't really want to watch hockey.

If I lived near there, though, I'd try to go to as many games as possible, even though I don't care for the Panthers. Tickets are dirt cheap.

well the problem is that the Panthers are located in Sunrise, a suburb of Miami, Hockey is not a Suburb sport, the NFL is, every other sport should be located in the city where the people are because their seasons tend to drag out.

People aren't going to spend a lot on gas and tickets just to get to a sports game in a suburb OUTSIDE of a bustling city, you want to bring people TO the city not outside, again if the season is long like the NHL's, NBA's, and most definitely MLB's. Which is why Carolina, Florida, and Arizona are all sucking badly at attendance. They're all in Suburbs/not so populated cities (Carolina).

Arizona is another great example actually, Jobing.com arena is in fucking Glendale, right across from the Cards of the NFL, nobody wants to go out there, in the middle of winter (if they have snow down there), to watch a hockey game.

I could go on, because I know why teams in certain sports suck in attendance vs teams that kickass.

Well it's also just because the further south you go, the less interested people are in hockey. Tampa's one of those exceptions, but that might be because all their other teams aren't that good.

It wouldn't be that bad though if they WERE in the city, it's not just about interest, it's about reaching out to the community. Some of those teams don't do that, besides I read somewhere that Florida stopped doing vouchers and shit which was the biggest reason last year. Company vouchers that invite people to spend cheap on tickets to go to the games if they work for them and shit.

The medias idea is that he's doing that so he can get out of Detroit. He already is a HOF...but no ring. I know we need that pick, but we have $50mill to work around with. We can get lineman on both sides from free agency. I don't like drafting linebackers cause you have to really train those youngsters to the NFL's system.

He's not already a hall of famer and he's not worth a 1st round pick, let alone a 1st and a player.

We really need to find a way to keep Ayers, and I hope the JPP situation works out. I'd like a pass rusher on the first round, I'm hearing Buckner or Lawson, the former being great but not a good fit for 4-3. But if we are in position to get Myles Jack or Reggie Ragland(Jaylon Smith seems a bit of a gamble to me) LB is still something that needs to be addressed. But there are 2 Superbowl teams filled with great pass rushers and linebackers that could hit FA looking for a paycheck

It's fucking weird, but I haven't been this excited for a Super Bowl since the Pack went in '10.

A combination of respect for Peyton (even if he doesn't deserve a ring after the shit show of a year he had) and respect for the Panthers and what a complete team they've been all year.

Two great Defenses, but only one truly consistent offense? This gun be good.
