Seriously, I can't understand a word of what you're saying.
User avatar #419 to #418 - josephwhited (06/19/2012) [-]
I am sorry I dont use much or any punctuation on the internet. But to sum it all up their are a lot of gods in the comics.
User avatar #420 to #419 - feelythefeel ONLINE (06/19/2012) [-]
Alright, what "God" in the comics is "The One Above All who is the one above all others"? (By the way, this has to be the most redundant sentence I have ever read).
User avatar #421 to #420 - josephwhited (06/19/2012) [-]

They met two people that primitive humanity considered gods, but they are actually just a technologically advanced alien race.

So technically neither Iron Man nor Captain America have a reason to change their beliefs.

"Atheist" is not only the act of not believing in a god, but also the act of not wanting to subjugate to one.
#363 to #337 - warxyph (06/17/2012) [-]
I guess I'm not an atheist then, because I really wish god existed, it would be really cool. we could go to heaven and stuff. but too bad he doesn't exist.
#407 to #363 - adamks ONLINE (06/17/2012) [-]
To some extent I follow your point, but I refuse to subjugate to someone throughout my entire life, with no purpose what so ever.
User avatar #288 - unncommon (06/17/2012) [-]
Sooo, Hulk is god?
User avatar #274 - finni (06/17/2012) [-]
I've never head Tony Stark saying something about believing or not believing in God. Where do you get the idea that he's an atheist from?
#201 - TwistedPizzaDude (06/17/2012) [-]
ok, when Thor grabbed loki from the plane carrier thing, Captain America was UNAWARE of both Thor and Loki's existence, not to mention he was most likely unconscience when the Thor movie took place.

Captain America was told not to chase after them, because, according to the driver, "They are basically gods".

Captain America did not ******* know that they were gods until later, and he didn't mention about any of his beliefs at any point in the movie after that.

OP stop trying to be funny

User avatar #114 - lolxcakesporn (06/17/2012) [-]
Thor and Loki are not gods. Dx

They're from Asgardia, which is a distant planet, they are revered my the Nords, because they fought the ice giants on Earth. They're basically supermen, because they're super evolved humans.

@Tony Stark/Iron Man
Well, he could not believe they are gods, just higher beings in the Universe.

Just saying
#47 - derkio (06/17/2012) [-]
It's kind of like this, he is not really a God. Just extra terrestrial.

Okay, Funnyjunk, in your opinion could Hulk beat Superman?
I personally think he could.

User avatar #238 to #236 - ScottP (06/17/2012) [-]
Oh jeez. Well Hulk isn't magic. Neither is he Kryptonite. I'm not sure if brute strength could beat superman...but if it could, then I guess Hulk could beat Superman
User avatar #245 to #238 - subaqueousreach (06/17/2012) [-]
In "The Death of Superman", Doomsday beat him to literally the last inch of his life. (he initially died but DC copped out since people wanted more comics after that issue)

So I think the Hulk, being one of the strongest creatures in the universe (if not the strongest), could probably kill Superman if he really wanted to.
User avatar #251 to #245 - QuakinDuck (06/17/2012) [-]
Hulk isn't even one of the top 10 strongest in the universe, but he'd still kick the **** outta Superman.
User avatar #249 to #245 - ScottP (06/17/2012) [-]
Perhaps. But seeing as how many characters have powers that are pretty much unquantifiable...it's a lost cause to argue haha
User avatar #262 to #236 - Tyranitar (06/17/2012) [-]
Hulk's power grows with his anger, and he heals from even fatal wounds very fast. So I'd expect anything Superman did would just piss him off until he became stronger.

I have my own little chart too

Haruhi Suzumiya>Wolverine>Hulk>Superman>Goku>Hulk Hogan>Naruto

Any objections to my opinion?
