This would probably fit a bit better into Fallout 3 due to the fact of Little Lamplight. It would have a settlement such as that a bit close to it. And the mayor says people have been disappearing at night or something.

Apparently, you can find "Everyone is Gone. You are all Alone. Let it all End." written on the walls of the trailer.

Fallout 3 is obviously a much better game than Fallout: New Vegas, but if they had put actual time into it the concept of a Fallout game in Las Vegas would have saved it a little... but it was just too ehhhhh
Literally the only addition was Teletubby robots and more 3d boobs to not gamble to.
User avatar #361 to #308 - blizzaradragon (06/11/2012) [-]
I disagree. New Vegas brought back a good chunk of stuff that fans missed from Fallout 1 and 2, with one of the major favorites being the faction system and essentially dictating the way the story went based on who you sided with. Plus the option to effectively say to hell with factions and rule New Vegas on your own was pretty cool too.

Besides, New Vegas was made by Obsidian. Who was made by the majority of employees at Black Isle. Who made Fallout in the first place. I'd like to think they had a pretty good idea of how to make a Fallout game.
User avatar #330 to #308 - GShock (06/11/2012) [-]
It was Obsidian. They make a habit of taking on publishers who give strict, unmovable timelines that are barely enough to make a great game, let alone a good game like New Vegas. A prime example of this was Alpha Protocol. I loved the game for its story, and played it multiple times just to see what can change, but the gameplay lacked severely because Sega didn't budge on the due date. A little more polish and glitch working, and both New Vegas and Alpha Protocol would have been candidates.
User avatar #357 to #330 - blizzaradragon (06/11/2012) [-]
Alpha Protocol also suffered from Sega changing their mind over and over about the direction they wanted to go, so honestly the fact that they made anything good after that sort of ******** is to be applauded. Luckily it looks like THQ, while having ridiculous standards on what it will take to "break even", is being generous to Obsidian with South Park: The Stick of Truth.

They really need to stop getting dick publishers though. Bethesda denied them their bonus because instead of getting an 85 on Metacritic, New Vegas got an 84. Definitely a dick move considering that most of Obsidian's staff, especially the New Vegas team, were responsible for Fallout and Fallout 2 when they still worked for Black Isle -_-

you all talk about killing kids, but then when you play bioshock 1 or 2. nearly nobody can kill a little girl. i guess its because those kids would be a hit and run ,but in bioshock you have to stalk , follow and kill her daddy and right before you kill her she will call you daddy.

Up on the hill near Primm.
Go to Primm and face the road. Look up on the mountain near where you're looking.
Ehhhhh more specific instructions would be at fallout.wikia.com so I guess search Lone Wolf Radio.
