saw this and thought it was cool

his left wrist looks as if it were broken, but I think it's just because of the way the blades are being held. looks cool though

based of this artwork. but yes you are right and i have always felt the left arm is a bit too bent back
User avatar #16 to #15 - whycanticaps (02/20/2013) [-]
well it is still well done, better than what I can do at any rate haha

Not bad, not bad. A dynamic posture far more worthy of the character.

But one a "nerd" note, I woulden't call it a convertion. Since you just use Drazhar's legs, and the rst I guess is from "random" dark eldar kits?
User avatar #4 to #2 - razorwing (02/19/2013) [-]
so the definition of conversion then.... using bits that arent from that kit to make something different
User avatar #8 to #4 - deadrifler (02/19/2013) [-]
We usually call this kit bashing.
User avatar #11 to #8 - razorwing (02/19/2013) [-]
right ok either way whatever we call it. conversion, kit bash or scratch build (the later 2 technically being sub sets of the first) this is my Drazhar and call it what you like
User avatar #5 to #2 - razorwing (02/19/2013) [-]
bare in mind i said conversion not scratch build
User avatar #6 to #5 - pjotor ONLINE (02/19/2013) [-]
Yes that's my point I mean that this is a scratch build and not a conversion. Conversion is when you take the base miniature and mainly use repositioning and green stuff to change its appearance.
User avatar #7 to #6 - razorwing (02/19/2013) [-]
i did start with the basic miniature then use greenstuff and part swaps to create it. that is the best definition of a conversion i think you will find
User avatar #9 to #7 - pjotor ONLINE (02/19/2013) [-]
As far as I can see you only used the legs and nothing else from the original model.
User avatar #10 to #9 - razorwing (02/19/2013) [-]
forearms and hands are also from the original model. the blades, torso, head, upper arms and back things are replaced
User avatar #12 to #10 - pjotor ONLINE (02/19/2013) [-]
Yeah that's kit bashing
User avatar #1 - guiguito (02/19/2013) [-]
well
it'a umm, miniature
and eh...
well that's about it
