for real lol. i realized wow just wasnt for me anymore when i thought about how i started playing at 13 and am now 20. if the game already was easy enough at 13 and now theyre making it easier it might as well just be a facebook game right next to farmville. i do miss the old community though.

so many whiny little kids have bitched about EVERYTHING that WoW has been pissed on hardcore

i knew a guy who played WoW for almost 2 years, got to max level, had epic gear and everything.....took a break for 7 months after he had a kid....when he came back, blizzard's "upgrades" to the game made him only 2/3 as powerful as he used to be, and all his wargear was now pretty useless compared to the newer stuff
he tried playing again but after a couple months he said **** it, not worth playing anymore

and he wouldnt be the only dedicated gamer to leave, best guess is, blizzard only wants the most easily impressed little kids as customers

I just have to say... wouldn't it be boring if you can't achieve new things?
I mean, that's the whole thing about WoW, that you get something when you play for it. It's still a game, and it should make fun, while playing it.

If the fun isn't there, than it's naturally that someone doesn't want to do this "work" for epic upgrades. And blizz has made is fairly easy to get epics now, so I would be surprised if he just gave up like that.

well he could achieve new things, of course, and he wasnt afraid to do the hard work to get powerful again, it just frustrated him seeing everything he worked so hard to get was now so damned easy to do now, and all the items and stuff he fought to get were meaningless

There are still really hard things to achieve, raids in generell are harder, since lfr excists for the casual players. it isn't that easy, but it's easier to get into it.^^

LFR = looking for raid.
generell... well, that was ****** up, it's just that in my own language the word general is written generell, so I wouldn't call it a "grammar" mistake, it's rather confusing one language with another.

And I'm using a qwertz keyboard... guess what's right next to the X button... but yeah, it's understandable why you don't thought of that.

I'm apologizing in advance for every mistake I made in this post, because I'm too lazy to check it.

thats what finally made me quit for good. i hate that. its like they said, "we want the call of duty, facebook and farmville audience." It all started when activision took over, or so I've heard.
