In Fallout New Vegas, if you set your intelligence to 1, some unique dialogue appears with certain characters, like in this image for example.
My favourite is in the REPCONN headquarters, where you can yell "ICE CREAM" to bypass the security check.

I only recently found out that the voice of the sniper from TF2 is married to the voice of GLaDOS, who also voices the announcer in TF2. Just thought I'd share.

There was also a talking scamp in Morrowind you could sell your **** to called Creeper. He is actually also Barbas, the talking dog from Skyrim's Clavicus Vile quest.

In The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind, you can use the console command code COC (center on cell) to teleport your character to various places.
However, if you try to teleport to Solstheim or Mournhold (locations of the expansions.) you'll find a surprise. For Solshteim it's a large Molag Bal and you are trapped inside. For Mournhold it's a room with a door that leads to black space. If you fall you just go straight back to the room.

Two more facts about the Morrowind one. The mudcrab merchant was a good to thing to know the location of because it bought everything at the price listed for the object, and in the game if you saw Ma'iq the Liar he would mention the mudcrab merchant, although I forget the exact quote.

I set out on a quest once to get all of the pieces in Final Fantasy X. It took 30 minutes for me to break down in rage at the calm lands chocobo race. That ****** screwed me over so much. I never actually got the Caladbolg.
