I have never played any Zelda game in my entire life. Is that not normal?

I wouldn't consider it not normal, but I'd definately reccomend you to atleast try some out.

I don't own any console that has one, and emulators feel weird without a controller. Its odd that me and my older brother grew up with an NES and an N64 but never had any of them.

An USB n64 controller, or even a gamecube one, isn't really that expensive. It just depends on how far you're willing to go in order to play, what is in my opinion, some of the best games ever made. I still have my n64 plugged into my tv in the living room, and I spend more time on that, than on my xbox.

I need to get a gamepad anyway, Dark Souls is awful with mouse and keyboard.

Do that, because Dark Souls is freaking amazing.

I bought it in a summer sale and have maybe 30 minutes of playtime, seeing my mouse on screen bothers me too much and I hate how the tooltips give me controller buttons instead of keyboard keys

I know that feel bro. I dunno how much I've played Dark Souls, since I don't have it personally, I only play it whenever I visit a friend

That's literally the only thing I dislike about PC gaming over consoles, the fact that I can't really invite a friend over to play a game unless we're gonna do some kind of multiplayer on someone bringing over a laptop that we could just do over the internet anyway.

When playing on several pc's, it's much more fun to be able to fistbumb a friend when you make a sick combo in a game though Also it's a different feeling altogether when you're litteraly sitting a few feet away from eachother.

I play a lot of smoking/drinking games with Civ V and my friends. Every time someone takes over a city we cash a bowl or have to drink haha. I just miss couch coop from my childhood I have so many memories of playing Halo 2 with my older brother.

Oh man, halo 2... The memories are returning haha

If you happen to get your hands on a n64, try out the mario kart drinking game. Hilarity ensues
