Kingdom Hearts 3 post, check.
Star Wars Battlefront post, check.
Yet no one is excited about the new Super Smash Bros. game? Hell, any Wii U title?

Most of the people excited about Wii U games and Super Smash Bros aren't the kind of people to be that vocal about it. Most gamers just play to have fun.

Well you have to remember, Kingdom Hearts and Battlefront are games that people have been waiting for, for the longest time, because they're classics which dropped off the face of the Earth. SSB has been steadily produced over the years.

And Brawl was just Melee with horribly unbalanced Smash Balls and Ike instead of Roy. Not much of a difference, really.

Since when did Kingdom Hearts fall off? They've been making releases on handhelds for years...

Well console fall off. Lots of people prefer console games and aren't too crazy about handhelds.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl was too much of a disappointment for me to care anymore, really..

I mean.. I don't know if you guys liked it but it just wasn't the same to me. Melee was much more enjoyable.

That's because the Wii is still a sorry excuse for a console.

That and it's going to take some more time before everyone forgets that Nintendo essentially told its entire fanbase to **** off by releasing games exclusively for a completely different fanbase.

Are you high? Do you remember brawl, new super mario bros?
The wii u is the ONLY system with no bad gimmicks this generation, the touch screen works wonderfully, isn't necessary, and is actually useful, without being obnoxious.

Yes, I did mean that. The "U" was just too straining on my mind to remember to type in.

And I'm not saying they completely shunted them, I'm saying that those two titles are probably the only ones that were for that fanbase. Pokemon...well pokemon has its own issues. Either way, do you remember the multitude of games Microsoft and Sony put out for every conceivable fanbase?

I don't know, I think the Wii U's exclusive line up is targeted for Nintendo's normal fanbase. Unless your talking about it's casual gamer fanbase, then yeah that fanbase can go to hell, I think the whole line up of Nintendo franchises and more hardcore and indie games is a step in the right direction for Nintendo.

I don't know maybe I'm just not getting what you're saying.

Well I swas talking about how Nintendo stoped producing its normal, mid to adult age ranged fans to cater to more children. While not inherently evil, you don't just jettison an entire fanbase like that. It causes bitterness.

By the way, that was genuine excitement, not sarcasm.
