I remember when I bought a game from their company and the activation code that I received was incorrect. When I called up EA customer support, their solution was to "go buy another one"

My experience with Origin is horrible. It crashes everytime I'm on BF3, or any other game, so I have no contact with the person I was voice chatting to. Wannabe fail attempt of copying Steam.

I haven't had a single problem with EA costumer support. Me and my friend both got our accounts hacked and we both got them back witout any problems.

He got hacked about a month earlyer than me.
There was a huge hacking fest on origin few months ago, many accounts got hacked.

I asked them to reset the Public Key for the (free) Bring down the sky DLC for MassEffect. After a week I finally got an answer with an instruction how to install a game. The key still wasn't working.

Then I went to a warez site and downloaded the fixed DLC-installer that didn't need a key. One part was corrupt, so I pm-ed the uploader.
12h later I got an answer from him. He reupped all files on 7 different filehosters to be sure and wished me fun with the game.

I've read more and more people having bigger issues with Steam Support because it starts to take several days to get a reply. EA for them where often far better at support.

Well, I contacted EA-Support once in January and Valve support 3 times (last time in August)
It took EA a week to answer me and their reply was completely useless (I asked for the reset of a key and as an answer i got an instruction how to install a game...)
The fastest answer i got from Valve was after 3 hours and the slowest one 2 days (over weekend) and even in my native language. Everytime I got the advice/help i needed.
