Stress. Found it on tumblr, not sure if it's been posted here before or not, but pretty funny stoner reaction :L.. , I don't have anything against stoners, but if one was smelling up my room with weed (which I personally HATE the smell of), I'd be pretty pissed too.

They mean "I don't agree with pot cuz I'm a prude" so therefore anyone else who smokes it is making a "bad decision"

Well if you think about it, this could be somewhere where it is legal, as such they doesn't need to blow it out a window or hide it, they could just put it there for the hell of it

Ohohoooh it's funny because the person does not like weed, and then he gives him weed in a passive agressive way for comedic purposes.

Wow after reading the comments I can see that a lot of people are still brainwashed by their middle school health class about how weed is the devils drug or something.

I know doctors and lawyers who smoke pot and I also know a president that used to smoke pot. I also know the alcoholic townie near my college who beats his wife every now and then.

It just fascinates me that so many people have a problem with weed yet they smoke a pack of cigarettes a day. It truly amazes me that people can say "This product that has been nearly 100% proven to cause cancer, lung and heart problems, and birth defects is okay... But that plant that could possible maybe kinda sorta cause cancer is terrible."

Pic 100% unrelated and 100% proven not to cause cancer.

" ********* doesn't cause cancer" is the same as saying "smoking tobacco doesn't cause cancer" in the 70's or something and anyway the way i see the logic in cancer is that it is an error in cloning cells in your body and can be cause by any change if it is the slightest it can cause an error and they will start duplicating at an uncontrolled rate and in most cases just cause a relatively harmless tumor but with a risk of it going rouge and instinctively spread to other organs

all in all you can get cancer from anything that causes a significant change or introduces a material into the body... like milk can in a sense cause cancer but the chance is so much lower compared to something like tobacco that introduces nicotine into the body and the other things in the smoke that damages the lungs can make the cells trying to repair them by duplicating might get an error in the process and boom; lung cancer
User avatar #258 to #225 - mexicanfood (03/04/2013) [-]
except ********* has properties in it that kill cancer cells, isolate cancer spreading and there have been no proven studies saying that smoking ********* does indeed cause cancer.

actually it has been found recently that there are no long term negative effects and if you're smoking joints the problem lies in the paper not everyone smokes joints the safest way is to use a glass water pipe or a vaporizer as this helps filter out tar and other things that can have negative health effects

Smoking anything in great amounts gives you cancer. It's not nearly as quick as cigarettes but it can happen. Very rarely does ********* cause cancer but there are about 3 modern cases of it.

Where is the scientific proof of ********* killing cancerous cells? There is none. My grandfather used medicinal ********* when he was diagnosed with prostate cancer. The biggest reason I'm for legalization is because the government could tax the **** out of

1. It'd still be cheaper than buying it illegally, so stoners can't complain

2. We might address that, you know, towering debt problem

The biggest reason you're for legalizing pot is because you're a ******* stoner who wants his drugs, don't hide behind ideas like taxing it. Give me my red thumbs ******* .

part of the issue isnt even wanting weed legalized, its fighting the government for whats right. im sure you have family who smokes cigarettes, what if tobacco became illegal and they were all taken to a federal level prison for doing something not even that bad. If someone wants to put something into their body don't you feel they should be able to? Does it honestly not seem the slightest bit crazy to you that for simply planting a seed and growing a plant, you can go to the same level prison as ********* and rapists for the same amount of time? if you think thats right you are just one of the governments puppets, pull your head outta your ass kid. Did you know the US spends over $15 billion dollars a year fighting ********* laws and only a small fraction of that goes towards fighting hard drugs like crack, cocaine ******* and meth. Not including the amount of money that has to go towards building more prisons to hold all these "terrible people". I get that you may not like to smoke weed but seriously, theres supposedly about 230 million people in the us who use drugs (and 90% are considered to not be problematic), there not going away and imprisoning them all is gonna cost a **** ton of money, lol the war on drugs is one of the biggest reasons the us in in debt, where they could be making an estimated $35billion a year in revenue instead. The real facts are everywhere u just gotta look for them, search on google, dont go to big government funded media that is anti *********
User avatar #221 to #166 - jrondeau **User deleted account** (03/03/2013) [-]
You make good points, and I'd agree that the government focuses far too much on pot with very minimal results, but here's my stance:

You can't honestly say that weed is good for people on the whole. Only a very small percentage of people who smoke it are doing it to gain a legitimate medical benefit from it (I limit this mostly to cancer patients), but those who smoke it recreationally are typically a lot worse off than those who don't use some sort of drug. You can't make the case that the average stoner is better than the average straightedge because it's simply not true. I recognize that alcohol and cigarettes are worse for you, but why should the government support and legalize another drug that does more harm than good for its populace? Furthermore it's been shown that pot usage drastically rises in countries after they legalize or even decriminalize it, which simply can't be good for a country.

User avatar #117 to #113 - Cleavland Steamer (03/03/2013) [-]
Unfortunately, it is much more profitable to incarcerate people for drug usage than it would be to legalize pot.

User avatar #126 to #117 - freakaleak (03/03/2013) [-]
how? i feel like imprisoning people would be more expensive because they need food, water, a place to live, etc.
User avatar #267 to #126 - kindakewl (03/05/2013) [-]
Also, you should note that in America many of the prisons are private establishments. They are peoples businesses, and by being able to imprison non-threatening drug users for long periods of time they are ensuring they can make money with little risk.
User avatar #135 to #126 - Cleavland Steamer (03/03/2013) [-]
MANY products are produced by incarcerated workers. Prison is one of the fastest growing industries in the US; no society in history has imprisoned more of its people than America. It creates jobs: cops, prison staff, etc., and the prisoners don't get any of the benefits that normal workers get, like vacation time (duh), a paycheck, etc.

It's an extremely profitable industry that is continuing to expand. Wall Street criminals are making more and more money investing in the prison system, while more and more pot smokers get locked up.
#162 to #135 - anonymous (03/03/2013) [-]
Maybe they should stop smoking pot if so many of them, and more everyday, are doing jail time over it.
User avatar #173 to #162 - Cleavland Steamer (03/03/2013) [-]
Maybe we should step out of the box and examine what causes people to do drugs in the first place. We have a society that thrives on war, competition, violence, hard work, and struggle and glorifies drug usage through the media.

Nearly every person has some way that they deal with stress. It is human nature. Don't be so quick to judge people who smoke pot. Of course, if they are obnoxious, peer pressuring stoner ******** , go ahead and judge them, but if they keep to themselves, let them be.
#155 to #135 - anonymous (03/03/2013) [-]
its a horrible thing...
