Has white hair, sign of an experienced warrior that is of old age
Warm shirt, most likely for winter
Great smile, is probably charismatic
Is accepting of my actions/opinions, won't get stuck in the door like a bitch while I tell them to move

9/10 would have as a companion

Ever since I was 15, my ultimate fetish has been women in sexy viking babe armor. Skyrim has made me so happy.
User avatar #157 to #27 - legayunicorn ONLINE (05/17/2013) [-]
But most skyrim armor fully covers women and men. Except the fur armor.
User avatar #197 to #157 - smokerocks ONLINE (05/18/2013) [-]
still a badass chick in badass armor. IRL I go for chicks that could probably kick my ass.

unfortunately you'll just spend your life on game and computer, fapping while eating pizza to your girl of dream, until you dead of overobesity or heart attack, lol, enjoy your life nerd
#118 to #95 - Rascal (05/17/2013) [-]
with that kind of grammar I think the joke is on you. Also, calling people on FJ nerds as though it will actually insult them? LOL
#132 to #118 - Rascal (05/17/2013) [-]
well apparently someone is insulted LOL
User avatar #198 to #95 - smokerocks ONLINE (05/18/2013) [-]
nah, I'll spend my life at conventions hitting on girls cosplaying skyrim characters.

But spending all my life masturbating and eating pizza? If you're trying to make it sound horrible you're not doing a very good job at it
User avatar #49 to #27 - blokrokker (05/17/2013) [-]
That's not a fetish. It's common sense, like catgirl maids or being afraid of clowns.

There was a time when The Elder Scrolls belonged to the nerds. Nowadays it belongs to each and every person that has only ever heard about videogames.

That doesn't mean it got casual but it means that when you say something like "Oh cool, you like Skyrim? I've been a fan of The Elder Scrolls since the first game, Arena!" you get called a hipster, even though you just grew up with an awesome series of games.

I've poured easily over 1000+ hours into Oblivion alone.
And have played Skyrim for over 500. (I've got other games too.)

Am I not a real fan because I only heard about the Elder Scrolls through Oblivion?
I envy those who have played it since the beginning, but I hate when they become elitist asshole.
User avatar #159 to #137 - mindfeeder (05/17/2013) [-]
I know exactly what you mean, I hate that too. What I meant by that quote up there in the quotation marks was a real, not ironic, "Oh cool, you like Skyrim? That's great, I like it too, as well as the previous games!"

One can't do anything about being born at a certain time or having experienced a series through one of the sequels.
User avatar #169 to #67 - jaggedherp (05/17/2013) [-]
Daggerfall is free. Legally. Search it up, it's on the elder scrolls website. They even link you to dosbox and have a handy instruction guide on how to do it.
User avatar #171 to #169 - mindfeeder (05/17/2013) [-]
Then again... now that Morrowind exists, no one has to actually go through Arena or Daggerfall. Those were great when they came out but nowadays one should only choose those over Morrowind out of curiosity or for nostalgia's sake.
User avatar #174 to #171 - jaggedherp (05/17/2013) [-]
Which is why put it here. If anyone wanted to try it for curoisity's sake, or nostalgia but no longer had the disc, they could.
User avatar #195 to #174 - mindfeeder (05/18/2013) [-]
That's a good thing! If people can just overlook the crappy graphics (for our time, at least – back then they were gorgeous!), they are in for a really deep adventure with lots of freedom and customization.

User avatar #161 to #70 - mindfeeder (05/17/2013) [-]
I myself liked Arena and Daggerfall when they were new, but they DID have pretty boring, monotonous and flawed parts and there were many RPGs that were a lot better. The first Elder Scrolls I REALLY got into, was Morrowind. For that game, I even bought a new PC back in 2002. I did the same thing for Oblivion in 2006.

no. guys. it's mean to be spamming one attack like you can do in soul calibur, you know? like the guy cosplaying as qwop, he's not gonna actually go run a marathon, he's gonna do the most recognizable thing as what he's cosplaying.
