I dunno, I just work here. If you enlarge the image, you will find that there is a name written in cursive in the lower starboard hand corner. I can't make out these strange glyphs, though.

Just to let people know, the whole "rainbow party" thing was apparently never actually a thing. It started as some article warning concerned parents about this "trend" that was never really happening. Granted the simple fact that the idea was concieved and put out there likely means it was done after the fact.
