Project: Derpy Hooves

So, I'll attempt to get straight to the point.
I was brainstorming of possible ways for the fan base of MLP:FiM to show Hasbro how important Derpy Hooves is to our community, other than signing a petition. I wanted to take a step further.

Now, I have somewhat of an idea of where this project is going but I lack the talents to do any sort of animation. What I am looking for is a flash animator (or possible video editor) to see if we can do a collective work session with the thought of Derpy Hooves making a triumphant return.

I also have the need of AT LEAST one voice actor. One who can do an older (50+) male voice...
However depending on the project and what is brainstormed, the need MAY arise were we might need someone to do the voice for Derpy and/or other voice actors.

Now, here is the part where a lot of people will thumbs this down and I believe this is where I might have a hard time finding an animator. This project is a non-profit project, in other words no one is getting paid and this becomes a project of love and devotion. If we do generate any profits from this project, it'll be split evenly among the crew.
