I have no idea how the world got this way since when do "straight" guys watch mlp and still feel like they are men? dafuk? i mean if your gay that's fine and dandy but if you're not at least have some pride in being a man and quit giving men around the world a bad name.

From a poll 87% of bonies are straight. That's the same as any other group of males.

Most straight guys don't watch mlp. i actually have never seen anyone from were im from (anon is right the south) which i guess may play a roll in my definition of how a man should present himself. i was raised on a farm in the deep south were most gay people are criticized on any occasion, i am personally a very open person and someones sexuality is their own life choice but my point is that if you want to be a MAN at least act like one and if you want to argue that watching mlp isnt girly youre wrong. because it was made for little girls not half grown men on the internet. love and tolerance?-marijuanacat.

well you are right in one thing, which is that most straight guys doesn't watch MLP... that is a fact considering the fact that cartoon lovers are a small number of men, let alone people who loves MLP, are even a smaller number of people.. but in all fairness.. watching MLP have nothing to do with my sexual orientation.. I enjoy watching it because I find it funny.. one of the things I might comment on is the fact that you find us liking this wrong, but I'll respond to that telling you that I am confident enough in my sexuality and manly hood to say that I enjoy watching it..

Teff over and out..

MLP is wholly feminine, this is true, it was intended to market to younger girls.

but why can't we simply enjoy it? you don't see women being called butch or dykes for liking transformers or more athletic activities, why do guys have to be considered feminine or gay just for enjoying a show about ponies?

It's not like it's the ONLY thing we enjoy, infact MLP is the only feminine thing that I truly enjoy, all of my other hobbies wouldn't even hint at me liking a show about ponies.

why do you have to put so much emphasis on guys watching a feminine cartoon? what is the point? why can't we like something without being considered oddball or whatever?

The show was originally made to appeal to both children (boy and girl) and their parents. And again I must say that watching a show does not in any way determine your sexuality, nor does it determine you being a man or not.

Breaking gender boundaries while being straight should be a thing of pride. Open your eyes, stoner, and see that this isn't the 1950's anymore. Nobody needs to be manly enough for anyone else, so chill.

I'm a straight guy yet I watch the show. Watching a show doesn't determine your sexuality and at the same time, being a man should not be determined by what shows you watch. It takes a real man to admit he likes colourful ponies.

Watching it doesn't make you gay. You just don't appreciate the show. it's full of witty humor, now stop being insecure and give it a go.

I guess being a man is different wherever you may come from. because where i come from rainbow colored ponys are for little girls.

Didn't know your opinion affected the rest of the male population. Just because straight guys watch a show for little girls makes them gay or insecure about their "manhood"?. I watch the show because it portrays things that you don't see much around anymore. It enlighten's me actually. Then there guy's like you who think being a man is what everyone else does. Well **** everything, i do what i want and that still makes me a man.

Oh, wait, wait, LET ME GUESS! You're from southern USA. Texas, maybe? Why don't you go breathe your happy Texas air (that apparently can't contaminate the rest of the world) and leave us be.
