Arceus used POKEJIHAD! It's super effective!

Actually, the legendary dogs represent the story of the Bell Tower. Raikou, the lightning that struck the tower, Entei the fire the lightning caused, and Suicune the rain that doused the fire. This legendary trio was ultimately created in this way.

That's actually very interesting.
I'll have to make one of these with that info instead, and add the new generations as well

Gen 6 turned out to be a forest guardian deer with some light **** going on in his antlers and a huge wyvern. Also this green worm thingy. I think it kinda has some reference to the climate or something like that idk.

I feel that Zapdos would be before Moltres... Since Uno, dos and tres... But I guess in this context it doesn't matter which of them did their thing first

Yea I feel as though Zapdos should be - and Zapdos was the first to create thunderstorms which the humans eventually learned how to control and contain but only after the trials were completed. I think that would make sense because I feel like the humans need to be able to control electricity after the three trials were finished and that explained provides an opportunity. Besides that one detail I think everything else fits perfectly!
