It's all in the link on troll and Toad. Also no harm in checking recent completed listings on ebay. The difference is the edition. First edition cards have a black #1 in the bottom corner of the card art

what's the difference between the 40$ one and 400$ one?
I know I have my old pokemon cards somewhere in the basement where I should have 4 shiny charizards. would be awesome to sell 3 and keep one ofc.

Are you serious? I have a holo Charizard lying around if I remember correctly, pretty sure it's 1st edition too. Probably not in mint condition though.. Any idea what its worth might be then?

Its fairly rare, but not like any rarer that most holos.

Still fairly rare though

In my years of collecting pokemon cards, which stopped by the time I was 13, I've gotten seven shiny Charizard.
