-have hydrogen peroxide (H202) and soap in one bottle (the more pure the hydrogen peroxide the faster and better the reaction will be). Hydrogen peroxide naturally breaks down into O2 and H20 so make sure it isnt old.
-Add potassium iodide (KI)
-Have fun!

Our chemistry teacher called that "Elephants toothpaste". It was in finnish tho so it might make no sense if you google it, i recommend googling though.

It is indeed Elephants toothpaste, its a mix of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and potassium iodide (KI) with some soap.

Basically, you have the hydrogen peroxide and soap in the big cylinder, then pour on the potassium iodide. They then mix to form water and oxygen, which is bubbled in the soap to form the foam.

The chemical reaction is:
2 H2O2(aq) → 2 H2O(l) + O2(g)

This is done by using the Iodine+ (from the potassium iodide) as a catalyst:
H2O2(aq) + I-(aq) → OI-(aq) + H2O(l)
H2O2(aq) + OI-(aq) → I-(aq) + H2O(l) + O2(g)
