I greatly enjoyed DDD. Dropping is annoying yea, but it's there so you play thru the stories of Sora and Riku about evenly.

8 was one of my favorites. they released 4-6 for the first time in america recently and i played through all of those. i didnt like 9 very much it seemed they were trying to just throw together the best parts of other games and add multiplayer which means it didnt have near as good of a story that 8 had

you got through te entire game with one guy? thats damn impressive. i figured it out after losing to the first boss.i hated that because hwat made the series good was the characters around you. if your team has less emotion than you do its kind of dull

for what systems are they? and do all the dragon quest games follow one story line or is it like final fantasy, something new every time?

None of them are really spin-offs. All of them contribute to the story in some way. The only reason everyone thinks that they're all just spinoffs is because CoM was marketed as one and didn't really have that much influence on the plot in 2. Outside the first 10 minutes you play as Sora anyway.

Thanks to BBS, we know exactly why Castle Oblivion is important.

To be fair, Dream Drop Distance wasn't a terrible game. And literally anything is better than 358/2 days...

I mean, it could never top the console titles, but I enjoyed it. It actually felt like a kingdom hearts game, which is rare for the handheld titles.

Ive always considered myself a hardcore KH fan. Hell I even bought a japanesse PS2 so I could play the final mixes instead of installing an emulator. But I couldn't bring myself to play 3DS even if I do have a 3DS and own the game. I just asked my friends to tell me the plot so I would be ready for 3's story.

Meh, I guess Im just tired of playing every single game on a ******* handheld. It doesn't help that I've been ready for 3 since that ******* disappointment called 358/2. Don't get me wrong, the gameplay is very polished and has an interesting story. But I just can't stand that we haven't gotten a console game in 7 years. I would even call BBS my fav game in the series gameplay wise. But Im sick and tired of playing on handhelds
