You're better off downloading an emulator. I've seen three of those kind of sites get shut down after a few months.

Vizzed pays for it games so people can "rent" them out. It says it all on the site.
It basically says that once you start playing a game you technically own a rented copy of it or some ******** like that. I can't remember
