Not much to see for hips in these pics and the chin isn't much of an indicator. Women can have very strong jaw lines/chins and this one is quite slender/pointy. Cheek bones are high and not square in the slightest.
Without a more straight-on view that is either portrait or profile, full body I can still see this as a woman.
