This comic is one of those comics where IT SHOULD OF been on the front page, but sadly it wasn't. I know that feel.

Thanks man.

People seem to not like them anymore.

You're just becoming like me...where you're still around after all this time. It's not that they don't like em anymore, just that they need more variety.

So I just need a new style you think?
User avatar #6 to #5 - SonicTeam (12/12/2012) [-]
Perhaps. Like maybe spruce up your characters a bit. Maybe use actual backgrounds as sets. Like I saw this one from Dublyoo where he was on a plane and used an actual set of the inside of a plane. Or how about draw new characters and have a new sense of humor. It doesn't hurt to experiment. Remember how I would pop out comics in relates to ruining your childhood? Well they were all fun til it was played out. Then I decided to go another direction with them.

Yeah, sounds good. I'll play around a bit to see what I can do. Thanks for the advice.

So how was your time off doing whatever it was you were doing?
User avatar #8 to #7 - SonicTeam (12/12/2012) [-]
It was OK. Just ended up helping my in-laws with cleaning the house, going to stores and shopping for X-mas, and working. Plus I was watching movies I haven't got to see such as Thor, The hangover Part 2, etc. It was OK I suppose.

That's good. I still haven't seen Thor. I've never been a fan of Thor and Captain America.
I'm a Spiderman/X-men guy.
Where do you work?
User avatar #10 to #9 - SonicTeam (12/12/2012) [-]
I work for this company called Benchmark. They send me places where they need work. Right now I'm working at The Home Depot til they no longer need me. Weekly pay. It's all good.

That's cool. So you're sort of like a mercenary?
User avatar #12 to #11 - SonicTeam (12/12/2012) [-]
Yea..or TEMP if you will.
User avatar #13 to #12 - rawrbowwow (12/12/2012) [-]
That's pretty cool.
I'm a semi temp at my job. I've got 3 months left.
I say semi temp because I don't fully work there, but I have been there a year and have a 3 month contract renewed.
User avatar #14 to #13 - SonicTeam (12/12/2012) [-]
That sounds like what I do. They keep me at wherever I am for as long as they need me, sometimes I'm there for months.
User avatar #15 to #14 - rawrbowwow (12/12/2012) [-]
That's cool dude.
I always feel awkward going into new places though.
User avatar #16 to #15 - SonicTeam (12/12/2012) [-]
Same here. Cause you gotta introduce yourself again to new people. You don't know if you'll be friends with any. Eating alone at lunch time...SUCKS!
User avatar #17 to #16 - rawrbowwow (12/12/2012) [-]
Yeah. The worst job I had was at the mall. It was such a big place and I didn't know anyone. And it was really awkward because it was a girls clothing store and I was the only guy. Lunch there was the worst because I felt all alone in an entire mall full of people. That sounds super emo, but it's true.
My job now, I don't give a **** . I pretty much just play on the computer and eat. Being tech has some awesome perks.
User avatar #18 to #17 - SonicTeam (12/12/2012) [-]
Nothing wrong with being a tech. LOL.
But I hear ya about the mall. Whatever happened to confrontation?
User avatar #19 to #18 - rawrbowwow (12/12/2012) [-]
Dude, people suck.
User avatar #20 to #19 - SonicTeam (12/12/2012) [-]
People aren't the same anymore.

I know, I have a little brother and it saddens me that he can't just go outside and play because all the kids are little assholes now. He's 11 and he's inside all day because he has no neighborhood friends. It's so sad.
When I was his age, I rode my bike all over the place with friends and explored in the woods and rock climbed. I'm not one of those "generation is better" people. but this generation of kids sucks. Little sluts and 10 year olds smoking pot and getting in fights. What happened to being kids...?
Wow, sorry for the rant xD
User avatar #22 to #21 - SonicTeam (12/12/2012) [-]
It's cool. I miss those days. We never really thought about what we wanted to do, we just went outside and explored. We didn't have phones and **** to deal with. I had a scooter and used it to go everywhere. I go to friends houses and play card games like Yu-Gi-Oh, or play video games. We even go to our school cause we can access the field there and play with devil sticks or volleyball or whatever. God its depressing seeing how kids now don't have this. They are either on the computer, on their phones, or playing with iPods and **** .
