I thought it was from Jennifer's body. Not that I've seen it. I just remember reading a comment saying that last time this was posted.

despite how poorly made the fake head is, this is an example of an incredibly well done film splice

They teach you that in self defense courses more or less.

The easiest way to break someone's jaw is to put your hand in their mouth, grab the jawbone by putting your fingers into the soft meat under the tongue, and yanking downward a few times.

Keeping in mind that if you're fighting for your life, anything goes.

This is the same course that teaches how to effectively eye gouge, where to bite someone in the neck and face without killing them, and the best way to attack the groin from all positions.

If they bite your hand while it's in your mouth, would it still be possible to pry the mouth open and do what you described above?
User avatar #59 to #56 - bultar (05/03/2013) [-]
Impossible. assuming you have your hand inside their mouth and not just your fingers, ans also assuming you have more than one or two fingers in there, Then they cant bite down. Like stopping a hinge at the hinge instead of the end, where the maximum amount of force is outputted.

Aight, just checking.

yeah but you also gotta know the law in your country, specifically waht youre allowed to do in self defence.

In canada, If your attacker has any sort of weapon, or otherwise states that his intention is to kill you, you have the authority to kill him should you need to do so to defend yourself.

Incapacitating your opponent is by far preferable in a court of law, and depending on the circumstance, if you do kill someone, even in self defense, you can be charged with manslaughter.

If he doesn't have a weapon, and he doesn't state that he is intending to kill you. You Can't kill him in a court of law. That's second degree murder or manslaughter. Which is basically the same as You got in a fight over something and somebody died.

Also, depending where you are, having more than one assailant can be considered a deadly weapon, so defend yourself accordingly. also Also, this applies to you and your party, family, or loved ones, if someone is about to die, you can kill to protect them.

Movies never get this right... The jaw is the most easily dislocated joint, but if your ripping the two apart, it is never going to be the skull that becomes dislocated. If you look at it, the skull basically rips off, when in reality, the skull would stay wholly attached, and it would be the jaw that gets ripped out.
