Leg apparently. As he held the weight he struggles to maintain his balance dropping it as he falls to the floor and some how breaks his leg.

it landed on his kneecap. looks like the support got a bit of the weight but he may need surgery on it.

yeah if you watch the slow-mo closely it hits the white knee bracer, it also looks like his leg was slightly rotated so it wasn't a head on collision with the knee-cap, weight like that could break it.
