I've read a ton of Itou Junji's work and it's all ********** like this.

The scariest of his shorts, imo, is House of Puppets. Give that a look if you want to have a reason to see a therapist.

I don't know why this is the only one of Junji Ito's short comics that seems to get way more attention than all of his other comics, plenty of them are way scarier. Gyo and Uzumaki were masterpieces.
