You hear that guys? "scary stories and images, such as creepypastas and those strange 'when you see it' pictures." Straight from the creator himself. NOT GORE (I.E. horribly disturbing pictures of mutilated dead people). So, please stop posting those images. Against what many of you believed, this proves that the channel was not meant for that kind of stuff. This goes to all of the people who said, "llol morbid meanz gore, not sp00ky stories." Well, sorry to break it to you, but not in this case.

What you say is true. The gore was something I didn't enjoy but as those who have commented to you already said, it does fit the definition. Since gore can now be flagged, though, most of the "gore" people are posting is really tame. There's a thread in the channel description for anyone who wants to post or view the really horrible stuff.

I wouldn't go as far as to say "the channel was not meant for that kind of stuff." Yes, it's obvious that Morbid does not strictly mean Gore, but, it all comes down to one question:

Is Gore a Morbid subject?
Yes, it is.

Therefor the Morbid Channel was the place to put the gore. I do however agree with you that just because the gore is no longer allowed in the Morbid Channel doesn't mean it's dead. I love the creepy "when you see it"s and the horrifying amount of insects I soon regret learning about.

Well to be fair, the literal definition of Morbid would include gore depending on your perspective. I prefer the scary as well, but the gore wasn't the end of the world, just kinda unpleasant sometimes. I made one gory post because it's the little OC i could provide, and it was when morbid meant dumb "NOPE" stories.
