I thought it was: "Sometimes you will have the means to help someone, but in your rush and ignorance you might do more harm than good by solving one problem and creating a bigger one."

I think I actually understood this one.
"It doesn't matter how many resources you have, if you don't know how to use them it will never be enough."

The man had a fire extinguisher and a swimming pool filled with water, yet he failed to save the man from death as instead of extinguishing the flames, he hit the man across the face with the fire extinguisher causing him to fall into the swimming pool. Whilst this extinguished the flames, the man who was on fire died anyway from his injuries, which would have been prevented only by proper use of available resources.

I think it means some people do more harm then good when trying to help someone even though the obvious solution was right in front of them

The guy not on fire kinda looks like Jared Padalecki.

Moral of the story: people solve one problem while creating another. This has to be the first comic thats made sense

Technically, had he unloaded CO2 on the guy he probably would have suffocated. Right?
