the thing about renekton is that he doesn't have the range to compliment his op damage. Thresh and veigar both outclass him IMO, especially after his nerf.

I think he was talking 'bout the infinite stacking. Thresh has souls for AP and armor, and Veigar AP.

Thresh' stats stacking scales down the more he gets though, so I'd say it's not infinite

The lowered scaling stops at. .5 per soul, at around 100 souls. You should hit that around mid-late game anyways, and already out-armours most champs.

The stacking resets after 255 souls. After that, you get a new buff called 'Soul Glutton' and then the stacking starts over again. So the 256th soul you get counts for 1, the 257th counts for .99, etc.
