I went ahead and just watched all the endings for everygirl and i have to say the only one that even peaked my intrest a little was Rins. All the other endings felt very cliche and i dont really understand all the feels people have for this game, it just dont get it. Im sure alot of the build up is in the fact that you've been playing the game for 8+ hours now and actually grown an attachment to her, but even then every girl was just so blah with their endings. Yes they were adorable, and yes you maybe feel a little sad but people actually sheding legitimate tears and bawling their eyes out just escapes me. Im a pretty easy crier too and i was expecting major feels only to be left rather dissapointed, I was still interested but it just didnt do it for me

I like it because of a point you brought up, emotional attachment. Take Emi for example, the game does a very VERY good job of having you spend a lot of time together and growing a relationship first through being friends then romantically, emotionally, then finally physically. That is something not a lot of us get to experience so letting a player do that in a safe environment is very emotional to some people.
From your point of view of only seeing the endings you don't grow with them or understand how the relationship progresses. It's like skipping to the end of a book, sure you know the outcome but there is no weight behind it.

Yeah i kinda figured that was my main problem but i just cant fathom playing for 8 hours to have that be the endings, but you're probably right.

Understandable, if you ever want to play them though you should. It's the journey more then it is the destination
