The bald eagles beak was created by a 3D printer. Pretty amazing technology there.

They're using 3d printing for a lot of small parts now, like bone replacements and such.

It's pretty amazing. I can't wait to see how it all unfolds. I've heard that some researchers are trying to find a way to print entire sets of organs.

They've already done that with less complicated things like skin and cartilage. They've made ears, skin grafts and pieces to substitute sections of broken bone.
