most of these have got to be fake. Quantum teleporting is 100% impossible, and how on earth can you erase "bad memories" from a rat? Rats have basic survival functions, eat and not die. They don't have "bad memories", that's such a vague term.

rat's can have memories, the same as you and me. They may remember a harsh sound or a pain. And quantum teleportation as in the teleportation of bits of information on a large scale. They are speaking of quantum computers.
