The video only included him dispelling the helium from his lungs, which is fairly easy. It didn't show him dispelling the sulfur hexaflouride, which he most likely hung upside down to do.

Well I know that carbon dioxide and gasses that are lighter than that will easily come out of your lungs, but it seems like gasses that are denser might have a tougher time coming all the way out. But I could be wrong lol
