Freaking love PCR. Used this all the time when I worked in a lab to create mutants of enzymes.

I use this all the time in my biotechnology classes, if you put in the right enzymes and a DNA sequence you can add a new protein sequence to the DNA then you can put it into bacteria so they produce what you want.

A compant I work for is called Biofire, and they do PCR research and it is a branch off of Idaho Technology which does the same thing.
