ah. non repeating doesn't mean the same number isn't represented more than once, it means that its not say 4.3 where the underlined part represents a reciprocal, meaning 3 is repeated infinitely. a number can appear more than once (and MUST) in a infinite decimal.

so then "all possible number combinations" are not in there (696969696969...) or a multiplicity of any single digit.......making me have some crack in my brain, I can't figure it out
