Just curious, how do you expect them to play with the packages when the entire post office is empty on Sunday?

So they're not delivering, doesn't mean they're not in the office getting paperwork and **** done

This is the first time I've seen that pic being used in a non-cancerous way.

Thumb for you.

He did lose his job. Apparently he was sick of his job or something like that and he decided to be a dick and started to just throw every fragile package as to make sure it breaks. I remember reading about that somewhere.

That's a very thin bush, the box would probably fall right through, and yes he did do something wrong. I remember when this was on the news, the owner said the monitor did have some damage to it. Even if it didn't have any damage, he did something wrong. You don't throw someone else's property because there is always the possibility of something like this happening.

I have actually witnessed a UPS man dropkick a package he was delivering to my neighbor when I was seven.

I work at FedEx, and the "correct" way to pack something is to make it so safe that it will survive a drop of 1 meter.
And us couriers at FedEx takes this to mean "It will survive being thrown into the car, as long as it's never more than 1 meter above the ground".

I work at UPS, we have a similar rule. I work in the package service center (read, the box is torn so send it to me) where we have stacks and stacks and stacks of double corrugated boxes. They're basically bullet proof. Also, it's good to see one of my arch nemesis on the sight.

I don't think the other people get the joke. Probably because they do not work in the same building as me and you.

UPS came few days ago. He gets to the door and drops the package on the floor, I open the door and he proceeds to lift the package and drop it at my feet. MFW a hard drive was inside that box.

Yeah if they are ever open, my local post office is open from 9am to 12pm and 2:30pm to 4pm. I bet they get paid more than minimum wage too, ******* ********. (I get paid minimum wage and have to work full hours for it.)

I ******* hate the goddamned USPS. At least here locally, the people that they hire there couldn't put their thumb in their ass if they had an instruction manual.

I used to work at fedex as a truck loader and yeah packages are handle ******, packages are always getting tossed and knocked around. But really when you have 2 or 3 trucks to load with a constant stream of boxes coming at you, that's what you have to do keep up up not get the line backed up. Oh and don't bother writing fragile on boxes, workers aren't obligated to follow any instructions written by the customer on boxes.

I once bought a mint condition Lysimachos coin.

When I got it, the guy said "It got a bit bent"

The ******* thing was bent at a 90 degree angle.
