i was at home alone when i decided to make this. turned out well so i wanted to share:
-Heat Pan to medium. while pan is heating thaw prepackaged tilapia in warm water.
-once both are ready apply your favorite non-stick and put the tilapia in the pan
-add seasonings. i used Salt, pepper, Course ground pepper, and Lemon pepper
-flip once ready, usually about 2 minutes at medium heat. season other side
-once both sides are most of the way cooked add soy sauce. add just enough to cover the bottom of the pan (about half a cm)
-turn heat down to low. simmer uncovered until all the soy sauce has been evaporated/absorbed.
-Pull out of pan and chop into medium-large hunks (about 1 inch)
-serve with side of white rice. place chopped tilapia ontop of the rice.
-minute rice works good for this.
