A lot of people think that when a guy ejaculates, the liquid comes from the testicles. This is not entirely correct. The white sticky substance is called semen and it is produced by the prostate gland and seminal vesicles. The semen also contain sperm (invisible to the naked eyes) and it it's these chaps that come from the testicles.

So, when a man undergoes a vasectomy, the tube that carry his sperm from each testis is cut and stitched. The body would be producing semen as usual. Except now when he'd ejaculate, there won't be any sperm in the semen.

Now I would still never get a vasectomy, just because its a scary though. But if its done right, every thing will work just fine, but now you won't have kids, even if you have unprotected sex.

Call me a retard, but would your testicles eventually explode from the build up of sperm inside?

No, they die and are absorbed into the testicles to make more sperm cells. And your body just makes more and more, and they just die and die.
Again, I would never have a vasectomy, just because i wanna have kids one day.

Your body breaks down sperm and reabsorbs it.
