I played handball for about a year and a half and dropped down to 230.
Been working out for 2 weeks so far, I eat .75-1gram of protein per pound a day, divided into 6 portions.
I eat egg whites, oatmeal,rice, and talapia, very easy to cook all of that.
When eating that rice and oatmeal are just carbs so ease on that , put more meat.
I drink mostly water but sometimes I'd get a redbull/small arizona for when I'm playing handball but it's not the end of the world.
The essentials of making gains/losing weight is limitation, division, and motivation.
I've lost 5 pounds so far and my biceps got somewhat bigger.
My left arm is very weak compared to my right so I need to even that out and I do experience muscle failure a lot, but nothing happens over night.
Skullcrushers + benching is ok for me until my left starts giving out on me.

My goal is so gain muscle and lose some weight so kinda like bear mode.
PROTIP: It is nearly impossible to workout without music. Music gives you some motivation, it gets you pumped.
