i saw this on the news. they had players looking like they were going for him and have his teammates holding them back for him (not actually trying to tackle him) and a guy behind him saying run that way! and they all ran with him the whole 60ish yards.

I played football all the way until I finished high school. I still coach and referee today, I love the game. And in todays sporting world that is full of scandals and doping issues, there is a major decline the way sports are viewed for role models. To see a child with such tragedy run out there and enjoy that moment, those are something those guys will never forget. I would trade a national championship or Superbowl any day just to make one kid's dream become reality
