I didn't really think about this accident myself when I heard of it because 						****					 I wasn't in it.

There's seem to have been a lot of plane crashes and train crashes this summer. My guess is just that it seems that way because most media outlets decided to make those the popular stories this summer and cover more of them than usual. Kinda like 10ish years ago when it seemed like sharks were attacking everyone when in reality there were less than the average number of shark attacks yet the media made a big deal about every single one.
