Every year for my birthday my parents ask me if I want to invite friends over for a birthday party.
Every year I laugh and say "I don't need people to tell me it's my birthday."
Every year I feel more alone on my birthday then any other time because I don't have true friends.

when I was little, some dude in my class started handing out birthday cards.
some bitches threw the cards away right in front of him
I didn't know this. I still went.
I was the only one there. It was an awesome party.
Teacher told mom what I did.
I got 2 game cube games for it.
**** yeah

sounds like me at my 13th birthday party at brunswick zone, not even my other family members showed up. just me and my mom. do you have any idea how embarrasing it is to have two entire party tables reserved and only two people there? people never stopped starring. i only celebrate my birthday by going to see a movie at the mall with 2 friends now. and to this day my family still wonders why i dont like being around them.

So, my birthday was June 1. I personally invited around fifty of my closest friends to my fifty acre yard, with a pool, a bonfire, four-wheeler, and two dirt-bikes. (Before you call me a rich kid, my dad's a mechanic and gets to keep a lot of the things he works on). Sounds like a good time, right? Before 2:00 about ten people text me, saying "I'm on my way!". So I wait. Three show up. I'm like whatevs, they're my close friends, and we can still have a lot of fun. So, we're having a good time, and one of my friends jokingly posts on Facebook, at Derp's, BYOB. About thirty people show up within the hour. They say things like, "Oh, I was going to come, I'm just a little late. Haha" I smile and say "Oh, that's fine!" But inside, I'm just kind of like "Go **** yourself!". Some of them even had the nerve to ask me to help pay for their booze since they're "Sharing with me". So, that night at least one hundred people show up at my place. A lot of them, I don't even know. Everybody gets COMPLETELY ********* and makes a huge mess. Someone threw up on my couch, and my ten year old sisters' bed. Someone had sex on MY bed, and my parents'. And there was blood in my parents' bed. I didn't ask. Several fights broke out, someone **** in my yard and got it inside somehow, there was puke EVERYWHERE, beer cans, bottles, trash, clothes, all kinds of things in every nook and cranny of my parent's property and I didn't even have a sip of alcohol. I end up caring for everybody all night and the next morning, and have to clean things up all day. Plus, I had to deal with the **** my parents gave me for having a "wild party", you know the whole "We trusted you and are very disappointed" speech . Most left without saying goodbye, and if they did, all I got was "Rad party" or "Let's do this again".
So, I'm officially never having a birthday party again.

This happened to me my first grade birthday party, invited everyone but nobody showed up. Ever since then I have not had a birthday party other than with family. Even now when I have plenty of friends that I hang around with and I know would most likely come to my birthday party, I still don't have one because I fear it happening again.

Weird how things in your childhood can mess you up in some kind of way through your life.
