Live lesson. .. This was the saddest Calvin and Hobbes comic I've ever read. When I first read it a few years back I just curled up in bed for an hour.

You have combined nostalgia feels, and feely feels, and now this feel is so feely, i dare not feel it, for the feel will overwhelm and consume my ability to feel feely forever.

Let's make a list of the feels being experienced here:
-Feel for the baby raccoon.
-Feel for Calvin experiencing loss for (probably) the first time.
-Feel for Calvin's parents watching their son's faith in the stability of life dying.
-Feel for the nostalgia of childhood.
-Feel for remembering Bill Watterson is dead so there will be no more (OFFICIAL) Calvin and Hobbes strips.

This is just a great big goddamned FEEL-d Day, isn't it?

This thing hit me so hard. I mourned for a man who died 10 years ago whom I did not know existed until a week ago.

Calvin and hobbes is like opening pandora's box of feels. I have a soft spot for it.

I learned about death at the age of 4 when I found an eviscerated cat on our front lawn. :(
