Here's the description from the source:
If you didn't understand this one, Clarissa's dad just had sex with her. The moon shows time passing, and Clarissa's pj's are halfway opened. In the beginning, Clarissa's mom is drinking her sorrows away. She knows that her daughter is being abused by her husband but doesn't stop it. Out of pity she has been buying Clarissa toys as if to make up for it. The toy coming to life represents Clarissa's shot imagination. The abuse has taken her childhood away so at first the toy wants to play and have fun but Clarissa can't play along because of her abuse. The toy jumps out the window, but probably represents Clarissa throwing the toy away as she's given up on her happiness and childhood after each rape. As if she keeps the toys her mother gave her, its like accepting the rape as a normal thing, but she can't live a lie.

Her father is molesting/raping her, her mother knows and just buys her toys. The toys come to life and see what going on then decide to leave through her window because its more than what they bargained for.

I still don't get why people even bother making comics like these? What's the point of putting in time and effort just to make a bunch of people online sad. It's not like one of us gonna get off our lazy asses and do something.

Because sadness is addicting. The sadness is the easiest feeling to feel, and for some of us that are empty, we need to feel. The only problem is that emptiness is a virus. The more sadness you use, the more immune you get to sadness. Soon, I will feel nothing.

The author of these comics is trying to raise awareness for the sexual abuse of children. You can see in this series that the family ignores it and tries to pretend that they are a normal family

because it decreases our lust for raping little girls, not implying that anybody has a lust for it, but its for the sake of the future children and where we might lose the lust for women our age and seek a fresh body as to where you have one in your house ready to be used as some sort of toy with no meaning destroying every last bit of life inside that precious thing, that thing which could become something great in time is destroyed because your cock couldnt just go out and find a prostitute or just **** the woman who created that child.

sorry, i have been burning through stories like these. I wish to comfort every raped girl ever right now.

Because they are about showing reality of mind of raped child.
Because not everything online is about making you happy, you might not do anything, i might not do anyhting.
but if just one person reads it, and realizes child they know might be abused, and call child protective services, if just one child gets rescued from the hell.
Then its worth it.

****! I hate having to ponder philosophical ****, so I'll just tell you how I see it.

Life isn't meaningless. The meaning of life is to live your goddamn life. That's literally what you were born to do - live. How you live said life is irrelevant, but you still have to live it. So, you may as well make the most of it and try to have some fun. Doesn't matter if you want the big things in life or the little things, you just gotta go after what you want instead of asking "What's the point of living?". You have a set amount of time to enjoy yourself. Why waste it asking questions without an answer? Like the question I just asked. **** that question!

The post itself clashes with another part of my philosophy. Life already sucks and we all know it. No need to remind people something they'd rather forget. I came here to look at some mediocre pics and funny comments and maybe leave a funny comment of my own. If I wanted to be saddened I'd go watch Twatlight or something.

I used to be constantly depressed because I thought there was no point to life, which there really isn't. I would sit on my ass escaping reality by playing video games, not that reality was cruel to me, but because of the cruelty it does to others. It made me unwilling to live knowing that some people are incapable of living because of the **** life threw at them. I realized that being another miserable soul to add to the masses would only make what I've been born into seem worse than it really was and decided to seize the day. I know there is no point to what I do, that the happiness I feel is only as temporary as the life I live. However I would rather live enjoying what I have, because its a lot better than living in a corner and it shouldn't be wasted on pessimism. That's my two cents anyway.

I read the whole comic. It's depiction of sexual abuse is frighteningly realistic. The little girl (Clarissa) can hardly take a bath without being ashamed of her own body, literally trying to scrub away the "dirty feelings."

Her entire family knows it happens, but doesn't know what to do. They panic when forced to act like a normal family. All they know how to do is act normal, and when faced with Clarissa being sexually abused all they can do in defense is act like nothing is going on. Her mother blames her, calling her a tease and she deserves to get raped. Her brothers resent her for being abused allowing the family to crumble.

One comic has Clarissa speaking with the "monsters under her bed." She isn't afraid of them, the real monster- her father- is much scarier. The monsters under her bed talk about how scary he is to them. Clarissa suggests they eat him instead, to which they respond with disgust and claim that they don't want to know what he tastes like. One of the most sickening lines is when Clarissa answers, "sour pennies."

She calls for help, but her teacher doesn't understand. She can't find comfort in toys and fantasies like most children. She's been robbed of her innocence and her childhood.

The ironic, satirical tone mocking how the reader is unsure of how to feel. The exaggerated art style to invade the simplistic cartoonish medium we use to escape from tragedies like this. The point of view of the child and child-like fantasies to show the effect sexual abuse has on a child.

God, I feel awful.

The idea behind that principle is it does stop, for her at least. And how it stops is up to the reader. Though the general event when an abused girl speaks up like that is the person abusing her usually flips ****. Or the family essentially kicks him out of the house and into a prison cell.

It puts sexual abuse in perspective, and gives a warning on the first page. It's not a "Oh my god it's so sad it's cute" thing, it's a "Holy **** that was so depressing it ruined my whole day" thing. And if you aren't okay with that, don't read this comic.
