I'd love to killl everyone, this is my fifth playthrough of Fallout NV.
But my first on Hardcore mode.
I have been venturing the desert, with 5 broken limbs, radiation sickness and starvation.
I only have 20 caps. Doctors won't fix me. and I can't even kill them. because i'm too weak.
How did I even get here?

Hardcore mode is easy as hell. For limbs you just have to find a doctors bag, and while they're hard to find laying around you can buy one pretty cheap. Radiation sickness, go to the town with all the ghouls in it (can't remember what it's called) and either take his quest or loot his stuff, and you'll get a bunch of radiation pills and...uh...the stuff that makes radiation go down. For water just stock purified water or keep rad equipment on you....and food....well, hunger goes very slowly, and i beat the entire campaign only eating a few times.

I'm trying to play without dieing or going back if I make a mistake. So, when I got to nipton wearing my NCR armour for the first time, I had to run like ****.
I basically had to use and sell everything I had to repair myself.
It hasn't been easy from there on.

You can do the glitch at the solar plant to gain infinite doctors bags along with infinite levels. If you don't have any money and can't sell anything, try to do the glitch just a few times for doctors bags
