Okay I like to add a story from my DnD sessions if it is worth noting. This one, I believe, was:
>Party is in a swamp
>Two members back out of campaign
>Just me and DM, so he recruits some other friends
>One is well known, other I have never met
>Nice guy, but he picked an orc
>I am Human, and prejudice so I immediately take jabs at orc
>Only work with him to progress the storyline
>Do weird stuff for fun at the beginning, like fill my pocket with some dirt
>At one point we get into a battle
>Think of enemy as titan from AoT
>It is hunting me down for murdering innocents/defiling graves
>Read past stories of mine that involve face carving and such
>Enemy has me in its grasp and begins crushing me
>Nothing I can do
>Orcbro comes in with the save
>Undoes the magic that was holding the beast together
>some pendant-blood magic required
>it's dead, so whatever
>My character is now thankful to the orc and is willing to make amends
>Afterward, a wanderer comes into camp
>Says we all need to offer ash as a sacrifice for her help
>Sorcerer (third party member) makes ash by burning some leaves
>Orc and I ask for some
>sorcerer: "No. But you can pay me for some"
>I agree, but orc isn't having it.
>Orc says that he knows sorcerer and my character seem to be friendly
>Makes idle threats, if not given ashes
>There goes making amends
>Me: "Are you threatening me?"
>Orc: "Well I wouldn't sa..."
>Me: "POCKET SAND!"
>DM: "Give me saving throw (can't remember which)
>24 from a nat 19
>Me: "WAIT...I use my lucky feat to force a reroll."
>DM: "You're completely blind."
>Me: "Don't you ever threaten me again orc!"
