He's a Marvel character- I wouldn't go so far as to call him a Superhero, he's quite a bit too... dark for that, but he is a super-something because he's got some sort of insane healing factor from what I've seen. Basically the world's best mercenary, as well as bit of an asshole when he wants to be.

Hell if i know. Most likely whatever led to him attaining the healing factor also scarred him physically, but then again, I don't know too much about him myself. You may actually be better off consulting Google.

He's considered an "anithero", think of Cole McGrath from inFamous or Alex Mercer from Prototype.

Ah, thanks for that. I was debating whether to call him a Dark Hero or something else, but figured I'd leave it vague because I'm honestly no expert on Heroes whatsoever.
