i actually think a game of this guy would be pretty bad-ass too.

I would throw money at such a project.
I'm not sure if I'd stop.

His abilities are far greater than that, he has 'photographic-reflexes'. That means he can copy any movement, fighting style, weapons style, ect. after just watching it once, no matter how complex.

the only drawbacks are that he suffers from some memory loss from the photographic-reflexes, and that he can't copy any super powers, like Cyclops' eyeblasts, or Spider-man's wall crawling.

Actually, Taskmaster has a photographic memory, he sees something, he can do it perfectly, he figured it out when he was a child and he saw a cowboy cartoon and then did everything he saw the first try. He uses that power for evil, including stealing the aim of Hawkeye, shield of Captain America, art of the Iron Fist, the swing of Spiderman, and the senses of DareDevil, and the sword of the Black Knight. He can do any and everything he sees, but he ******* sucks, he took advantage of that power to make money, becoming a bounty hunter, however he fails every mission he is put to, the perfect warrior is the worst warrior. The only reason i know all this is because he is in the game Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, and i use him a lot.

And the UDON version also had superhuman speed because he watched videos of fights in fast forward. UDON Taskmaster was the best Taskmaster.

You are wrong about him being evil, a dick yes, but not evil. See, he's a mercenary, not a bounty hunter, and it just happens to be that villains and crime lords are the ones to pay for his services, which is used to train armies, be them freedom fighters in a coup overseas, or to train the crime lord's personal thug armies. The reason he is dangerous is because his allegiance can change at a moment's notice, if the price is right.

As a fighter, he is pretty great, but will lose to the most trained martial artist, due to the lack of discipline learned over the years of their training. He has often worked with Deadpool on missions.

Also he will train people one-on-one, provided they have the cash.

well, i was referencing when he is hunted by all the terrorist organizations of the world and there's a villain called red-shirt. he also has trained all henchmen.
