Try and get you're adaptibilty to 25 so you have 105 i frames. If you go any higher stop at 120 at the highest because any iframes after that dont matter because the roll is only 120 frames long

Level 40 is the highest you should really level it. You get 120 frames there, but you can get a few more but they're pointless

How do you get higher than 120?

I think at level 80 agility it becomes 125
