The plural of "corgi" is "corgwn," not "corgis." What you are doing is known as over-generalization of language. It has led to you being incorrect on the internet.

Good day.

Languages evolve. You don't say say 'dost', 'fere', 'onupan', or 'betwixt' do you?

No, but you can still use those without being grammatically incorrect. Also, languages only evolve when a majority accepts the change. Just because people on the internet misuse a word does not make it an "evolution of language".

Person 1: "Hey, your new to the forum"

Person 2: "It's "you're", not "your""

Person 1: "EVOLUTION OF LANGUAGE ************!"

Do you see the problem?

You're missing the point, I'm not talking about those words, I'm talking about the word 'cogwn' specifically. No one says it, or very little people say it. 'Corgis' is an evolved form of 'corgwn'.

It's like pokemon
